Work Ready People is a national provider of training and employment support. These services equip young and unemployed people with little or no work experience, with the skills they need to find sustainable work.

Work Ready (WRP) was looking for ongoing support for the implementation of their marketing strategy, across various streams; content marketing, events, social media, e-marketing and graphic design. Koala provided support across all areas of marketing required to stand WRP as the national leader of traineeships and employment support services.

Using the core values as a cornerstone, our expertise in campaign planning and implementation of proven marketing techniques increased the competitive positioning of WRP.

Our assistance promoted this national enterprise by helping to put them on the map. A consistent drive in marketing support helped not just the recruitment of higher-skilled staff, but also in fostering better relationships with more employers looking to work with an established training provider. These practices contributed to the rapid growth of their reach, on a national scale.

Social media and the production of key content played a vital part in reaching ‘job seekers’. Koala helped to organise and shape simple but effective social media campaigns, making the services more appealing to future generations and anyone seeking employment. These actions made social a critical tool in their business.
