Threshold Security Systems, a well-established security company based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, was looking to realign their brand.
Working with a range of agencies for their marketing activities for some time, without clear guidelines, had muddied their company messaging and taken their strategy off-piste.
Initial meetings were held to discuss past actions, successes and failures and what the objectives were on working with Koala.
It was clear that brand awareness was high on the agenda, and a kick-off project was undertaken to look at all existing collateral and to produce a brand guidelines document. This document included the vision, mission and values of Threshold Security, which were established by Koala as part of the overall deliverables. Also detailed were fonts, colours, logo usage and imagery, and a boilerplate defined of each of the core products and services on offer.
Once the brand had been clearly established within the guidelines, a focus was drawn on the bell boxes. These are a crucial focus of the business, and as such, a redesign process carried out to ensure maximum visibility of the Threshold Security brand upon installation of these assets.
