The Baggage Handling Company (BHC), are a family run business who provide a national luggage handling service to the cruising industry.
BHC is an already established company with a loyal customer base. They had been seeking ways to grow their business and brought Koala in to help them expand their reach on social media.
The first port of call was to understand ‘the customer’, their wants and needs, and some substantial research into the British cruising industry market. Following an initial rollout of a season promotion and referral card scheme, and some required development to the existing structure of their website to accommodate a new approach, the BHC took up a social media package.
An imaginative approach was taken to raise the profile of BHC via strategic planning, including the creation of original graphics and regular/monthly analysis of their Facebook page.
